about us
the Oxytocin story
Oxytocin-Learning was established to develop transformational programmes and enhance service provision. It benefits from the unity of knowledge and skills of its directors and team members, to create an alchemical approach to learning. Oxytocin-Learning believes there are no limitations to learning. Learning is a lifetime source of joy. Oxytocin-Learning encourages the acceptance of change, fulfilment and confidence restoration through commitment to your learning and growth.
After many years of observing traditional approaches to equality and diversity, there was tangible recognition that alternative ways of addressing inequalities and implementing equitable practices were needed.
Oxytocin-Learning directors use their collective experience of developing ideas in a co-produced way, combined with evidence-based practices, to create innovative culturally informed solutions. Oxytocin-Learning provides the vehicle and opportunity to realise this aim, to impart our knowledge, to continue to develop personally and to provide a space for mutual respect and learning.
